For US residents, KLM will take you to Europe, the Middle-East and Africa for prices starting with 241$.  All fares below are displayed one-way based on a round-trip purchase and include the fuel surcharge. Here’s the link where you can find all their us offers.

So if you’re planning your vacation in September, head down to the KLM website and pick your country of residence, then you destination. The booking needs to be made between 3 September 2009 and  30 September 2009, and traveling on/before 31 March 2010.
