I prefer do give a raise to my employees, instead of hiring more, why? well, let's talk real life, what will u prefer? get more ppl in ur company, while u kill urself working? or receive a raise? this is a simulation, in order to keep the good mood in this enterprise, we need to catch up our staff needs. @anastasis well, start to do some flights with large range 99% demand, with ur Boieng. that will give u per flight something like 200-300K dllrs. and also buy some catering service. since u are short in capital, i will advice u to buy the cheapest one, and only 500 units. do that for 1 day, and ur stocks will go back on 0.10 @imran u can only buy 2 airplanes with the pax points, and those are the ones listed there. how to buy? well.. just get the pax pts needed, and go in pax bonus, and buy :) @Jbeans about that is just a tactic plan.
