A male flight attendant working at JetStar is being investigated by the company for accusations of hunting down a teenager using details from passenger records. The flight attendant found the 15-year old girl on Facebook and sent her several messages after a flight from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne last month.

Pet Airways, the first ever pet-only airline, had its flight on Tuesday, taking off from Republic Airport in Farmingdale, N.Y.

Airline passenger charged $750 to correct spelling mistake
Flight Centre and Etihad charged Souhala Toughlajian,a 78-year old woman, $650 (price after discount) to correct a spelling mistake made on an airline ticket. Because she was born in a non-English speaking country, her name has two different spellings – one on her Lebanese passport (Souhaila Toghlajian) and another on her Australian one (Souhaly Toughlajian). Furthermore, she recommends herself as Souhala Toughlajian.

Safety instructions can be sometime funny. The video below is one of the best examples. It can very well be the instructional video for RyanAir, considering their recently added fees. Who knows, maybe someday they’ll add toilet entring, flushing and exiting fees, a life vest inflation fees or even taking off and landing taxes! Enjoy!
Food in the sky sucks? Not any more
Don’t be surprised if you’ll receive, while flying, Cherry Garcia ice-cream, sushi or dried apricots. Food on airplanes was the worst you could get up until now, when airlines are trying to revamp their food in order to satisfy the needs of their demanding customers or hoping that they might encourage buying food in the sky. We as customers have grown tired of food with long shelf life but tasteless and unhealthy.
Is this the future of lowcost flying?
Ryanair said it wants to charge you for using their toilets, while a Chinese company wants airplanes without seats. So I wonder myself, is this the future of lowcost flying?
