British Airways has won an injunction by the High Court that suspends the 12-day cabin crew strike. According to the court that made the decision, the strike was against the law because union had not balloted its members correctly.

Thai Airways, Thailand’s national airline, has filed a civil suit against the political protesters that forced the closing of Bangkok’s airports last year. The protest against former premier Thaksin Shinawatra lead to the closing of Bangkok’s two main airport for nine days at the end of 2008.

Australian no-frills airline, JetStar, has recently been involved in an incident over rights of disabled after one of their employees denied a blind couple boarding on one of their flights.
